C-TOUCH
All-in-one clamshell unit
The C-TOUCH features an easy access clamshell design for mounting and washing plates. After being fixed to the stickyplate, the plate rotates orbitally over a fixed set of brushes. Back and forth orbital rotation achieves excellent relief washout which results in clean dot reproduction, also for HD flexo. The all-in-one compact design includes pullout drawers for making exposure steps, light finishing and drying with temperature control. In combination with Flenex FW plates, the C-TOUCH contributes to the fastest plate-making time in the industry. It is available in three models based on maximum plate size.

System
All-in-one autofeed unit
The System series washout section includes automatic rinsing and pre-drying to reduce plate handling time. The plate is mounted on the stickyplate and excellent relief washout is achieved by the orbital movement of brush heads with the plate moving back and forth. This results in clean dot reproduction, also for HD flexo. The all-in-one design includes pullout drawers for making exposure steps, light finishing and drying with temperature control.
